My calendar is probably the single most important thing that stays the same. 

One Thing that Stays the Same

Even if you change up elements of your planning system, some things need to stay the same over time if you to ever make forward progress. Setting on this one thing has been a game changer.

Stick to One System or Don’t . . .

All the experts say to stick to one system for planning. That is great advice, if it works for you. Here, I give some reasons as to why it may not be the best advice for you, especially if you are a distracted entrepreneur.

Allow Yourself to Suck

It's only by sucking, but you can get better. You can't get better at something if you don't start. And generally, when you start something new, you suck at it, at least just a little bit, at least for the first while. 
Embrace that.

There is ALWAYS More To Do and You Always Feel Like You COULD Be Doing More

Regardless of how much you do, there will always be more that you could be doing. That doesn't mean you aren't doing enough.
So, if the list of things you could be doing seems long and intimidating, celebrate. You are on the right track. 
And whatever you do, do not try to do all of those things. 
View it as a list of things you could possibly do in the future (or not) and then let those things go for now.
